Shipping policy
BF Western hat orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase as these orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All our t-shirt, sweatshirts, jackets and a few hats will be shipped within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) as we do not keep inventory on these items. These items are created when an order is placed. If you have not received a confirmation email stating your order has shipped after 7-10 business days, please send an email to info@bfwestern.com to inquire when your product will ship. For Domestic orders, we use USPS first-class mail and priority mail (by request).
Please note that orders over $100.00 include free shipping (domestic orders only).
For regular international orders, we ship USPS first-class international. We are not responsible for taxes or duties applied by the destination country. Please note that our products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
When your product is shipped an automatic email will be sent with your tracking information. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed as "in transit", your package is no longer the responsibility of BF Western. If you have received tracking information stating your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local United States Post Office to see where your carrier may have left your package.
